Hi, I am Fani.. the mom, travel planner, and creative inspiration behind 𝙊𝙝 𝙃𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮 𝙅𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙮.

I was an accountant specializing in corporate taxes with a master's degree in finance before leaving everything behind to become a full-time mom.

The travel bug got me since I was very young. I always dreamt of being a big bird so I could explore the world. And I’ve been blessed to have opportunities to traveling, backpacking, volunteering, and studying abroad. I thought my dream of exploring the world would be subsided once I settle down and have my own family, but it is still very much alive these days.

𝗙𝘂𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗲

I am a daydreamer, especially when it comes to traveling and discovering new places to visit.

And, of course, I have an endless bucket list. It’s getting longer each time, thanks to Instagram. High items to tick off on my bucket list are exploring the Galapagos islands, traveling through the Arctic Circle, witnessing the Northern Light, and experiencing the Great Migration Wildebeast in Kenya & Tanzania. 

I know it’s crazy, but I love to eat durian. It’s one of my favorite tropical fruits.

My favorite food is authentic Indonesian cuisine, especially chicken satay and Soto. I also love sushi + sashimi, bibimbap & marquesitas.

My bachelor's degree is in Food Science. I loved it when I studied the subject, but I soon realized that being a scientist was not the right job.

Hi, I am Fred.. the dad, strongest and funniest in the family, or I like to think so. The safety and health of my family are my top priorities.
With a laid-back lifestyle, I dream to live in a peaceful place close to nature.. be it on a white sand beach or green mountain, or both. I hope to retire earlier to travel the world and spend more quality time with my family.

𝗙𝘂𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗲

I am not exactly a foodie, but I am interested in trying local street foods everywhere I travel.

My favorite foods are chicken Soto, all noodle dishes, especially char kway teow, beef rendang, and authentic Krupuk Ikan = Indonesian fish crackers.

I am not a vegan, but I love eating lots and lots of vegetables. I prefer green veggies over meats.

I am a clean freak.. especially during covid. I always sanitize EVERYTHING from bathrooms and beds to light switches, and door handles to remotes. I even re-sanitize tables, chairs, and utensils when dining in with my family. If there was anything that Covid has taught me.. we could never be too clean and careful! It’s better safe than sorry.

My wife said that I am quite an eccentric person, though I don’t feel like one, lol. But I know that I have a different way of thinking and point of view… not always, but most of the time.

I always pay attention to every single detail when it comes to the safety of my family.. especially the safety and health of our son. But I think it’s what all dad does, isn’t it?

Hi, I am Daniel, and currently, I am 10 years old. I am almost always happy with big smiles, talkative, creative, and full of energy. I dream of becoming an architect or a computer engineer for gaming. My hobbies are playing Minecraft, besides swimming & drawing.

My mom has talked about the plan to trip around the world for a while. I am very excited, but I honestly still don’t know what to expect. So far, my bucket lists are swimming with the whale sharks and seeing lemurs in Madagascar!

𝗙𝘂𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗲

My happiest moment is in a pool or snorkeling in the ocean, um well, actually on an iPad or Nintendo Switch playing Minecraft, hehe…

My favorite foods are lobster, dumplings, spicy Korean noodles, and ice creams.

I love anything Shark, from the actual animal to shark hat and sandal. Pssst, I have a giant shark plushy, its name is Sharktastic!

I still like playing LEGO, current favorite series is Lego Ninjago & Minecraft, of course.

I have a particular interest in coding.. and I am pretty good at it, yes! It’s my dream future job to become a game creator.

I have ‘sweet blood,’ and mosquitoes seem to like me... I once got more than 15 mosquito bites on my legs. Yikes! Later on, my mom and dad took me to see a pediatrician, and he said that I am allergic to mosquito bites. That’s it, case closed, mosquitos and I will never be friends!
